FAQs
Are there other Christmas characters available in the personalised glass baubles?
Yes! Along with our adorable reindeer design, our personalised glass Christmas baubles are also available with a reindeer, angel or snowflake inside. Each bauble can be personalised with a name, professionally laser engraved and finished with metallic in-fill to create a special Christmas keepsake.
Are the personalised glass Christmas baubles fragile?
Yes. Our personalised Christmas baubles are made from delicate, hand-blown glass, so they need to be handled with care. As they are made from real glass, they can break if dropped or knocked against a hard surface. We recommend hanging them securely on your Christmas tree and storing them carefully between Christmases.
How are the personalised glass reindeer baubles packaged?
Each personalised glass bauble comes beautifully presented in a royal blue velvet bag, nestled inside a kraft gift box. This makes them a thoughtful Christmas gift for teachers, grandparents, family and friends. The velvet bag and gift box are also perfect for keeping your special bauble safely stored between Christmas celebrations.
How long does delivery take for personalised glass Christmas baubles?
Our standard production time is 2-3 business days after artwork proof approval, plus delivery time. Need your personalised Christmas bauble sooner? We also offer Rush Production, with dispatch within 1 business day after proof approval, along with Express Post options. We recommend ordering early during the busy Christmas period to ensure your special keepsake arrives in time.
