What is an eGift card?
An eGift Card is used very much like a Gift Card. It is purchased online and is delivered via email to you or your recipient. The email will include instructions on how to download and spend the eGift Card.
Does the egift card have an expiry?
Your egift card has an expiry of 3 years from the date of purchase.
How can i purchase an egift card?
When purchasing an egift card online, payment can be made for online orders using our selected payment methods. Please note that we do not accept afterpay for our egift cards. Payment is required prior to the egift card being emailed. Egift cards are active when they reach the recipient.
What can my recipient do to avoid having the egift card filtered to their spam or junk inbox?
You can ask your recipient to allow emails from the domain '@personalisedfavours.com.au' in order to prevent the email from being filtered to spam.
What exactly does the recipient receive when i send an egift card?
On the date of your purchase, an email is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online. The recipient can redeem the egift card by entering in a code in the shopping cart during checkout.
Under where you fill out your egift card details, you can click on the ‘preview my gift card' link to view what the recipient will receive.
