Lowest Price Guarantee

Our Lowest Price Guarantee (LPG) means that if you find a lower priced identical stocked item that’s in stock with a competitor, we will not only match it, we’ll beat it by 5%. Price must include GST and delivery charges.

Don’t forget our price guarantee excludes a few items which are listed below:

  • Commercial quantities and pricing
  • Stock liquidations
  • Pricing from international suppliers (e.g. direct from china suppliers)
  • A few select products
  • Cost of shipping and/or insurance
  • Can only be applied before an order is placed


How do I obtain the 5% reduction?

  1. Record the price as well as information regarding the product (e.g. for a glass we will require the country of manufacture and size)
