Products and Personalisation
We make every effort to accurately display our products, colours and designs. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the natural characteristics of materials used.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details, including names, dates, spelling and artwork, are correct before approving artwork proofs and placing an order.
Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing, promotions and product availability at any time without notice.
Payment must be received in full before production commences.
Artwork Proofs
Where artwork proofs are provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all details before production.
Personalised Favours is not responsible for errors that appear on an approved artwork proof.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including where product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or other circumstances arise.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued.
Production and Delivery
Estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only.
While we work hard to meet estimated dispatch dates, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including supplier delays, carrier delays or peak seasonal periods.

Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
As personalised products are custom made to your specifications, change of mind returns are generally not accepted once production has commenced.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, images, logos, product designs and artwork created by Personalised Favours, remains the property of Personalised Favours and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Customers warrant that any artwork, logos or images supplied for personalisation do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Personalised Favours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
