How long until my order arrives?
Most personalized orders are shipped from our workshop within 1 to 3 business days. Every order ships tracked, with tracking details emailed when your order ships so you can watch it the whole way to your door.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination, shown before you pay. No surprises after the fact.
Do I get to approve the design first?
Where artwork applies you receive a proof to review before production begins, with unlimited revisions. Once you approve, we make it exactly as signed off.
Is there a minimum for bulk orders?
No hard minimum. Bulk pricing starts making a real difference around 50 pieces, which is where the quote form above comes in. For a handful of gifts, ordering straight from the store is usually simpler.
