Packaging Process Overview

At Personalised Favours we have been sending glasses and fragile items for over a decade and during this time we have perfected our packaging process. Having a glass arrive broken is not a great experience for you the customer and requires costly replacements for us, so we take great care in packaging fragile glassware. Here's a step-by-step look at our packaging process:

Bubble Bag Protection

Firstly, we place the glassware inside a bubble bag to provide an initial layer of protection. The bubble bag acts as a cushion and absorbs any impact during handling.

Air Cushion Creation

Next, we use a mini air compressor to inflate the bubble bag. This creates an air cushion around the glassware, offering additional support and minimizing the risk of breakage.

Safety Precautions

To ensure that the glassware can be safely removed from the packaging, we add a sticker to the bubble bag. The sticker instructs the recipient to puncture the bag with a knife or scissors, allowing for easy and safe retrieval of the glassware.

Sturdy Box and Recycled Paper

After the glassware is secured in the bubble bag, we carefully place it in a sturdy box for further protection. To fill any empty spaces and provide additional cushioning, we use recycled paper as eco-friendly packaging material.

Final Steps and Delivery

Once the glassware is securely packaged, it is ready for shipping.
