PF Perks Terms and Conditions

These are the Terms and Conditions of the PF Perks program by Personalised Favours (ABN: 84 064 485 927)

Participation & Membership

Membership is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand over the age of 18. To become a member of PF Perks you simply need to join on the Personalised Favours website or through a representative of Personalised Favours.

In order to claim any reward or to progress through the reward tiers you must use the same email address you used to sign up to the program to place your order. Personalised Favours will not retrospectively apply rewards if an order is placed using a different email address.

If you unsubscribe from Personalised Favours communications you will also be leaving the PF Perks program. If you then elect to join the program again you will be classified as a new member and prior purchases will not be allocated to your membership.

Tier Movement & Previous purchases

To move from one tier to the next you simply need to make another purchase. Even if your spend wasn’t high enough to take advantage of the reward at that prior tier you will trigger the next reward at your next purchase.

Every person who joins PF Perks will start as a new member. Purchases made prior to joining PF Perks are not taken into consideration when moving tiers. Only orders placed using the email address used to join PF Perks and placed after joining PF Perks will see you move to the next tier.

Each purchase must be made through the Personalised Favours website in order to move to the next tier. Sales through marketplaces or third party websites wont count as part of the PF Perks program.


Post purchase Personalised Favours will send you an email notifying you of your next reward available. Rewards are subject to change and availability at the sole discretion of Personalised Favours.

Free Gift rewards may be changed at the sole discretion of Personalised Favours. In the event that a Free Gift reward is no longer available a substitute gift of similar value will be provided to the customer.

Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash or any other like instrument. Rewards do not represent legal tender in any country.

A reward must be used prior to the expiry date specified in the email sent to you. The date and time of expiry is set to Sydney Australia local time. No extensions will be provided.

Upgraded insured shipping is provided to all members of PF Perks. This means that shipping insurance will be included with all orders you place free of charge. There is no spend threshold for this reward and will provide you with peace of mind that a replacement will be provided free of charge in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged.

Redemption of Perks

In order to move from one tier to the next and to claim your reward the email address used to join PF Perks must be used for each purchase.

The promotional code associated with each reward must also be used at the time of purchase. This promotional code will be provided as part of email communication from Personalised Favours when you move to your next tier. We are unable to retroactively include a reward with a purchase if the promotional code is not used at time of purchase.

Most rewards require a spend threshold to be met before the reward is triggered. These spend thresholds vary from time to time at the sole discretion of Personalised Favours.

Each reward will have a clearly defined expiry date. We are unable to extend expiry dates.

Each reward can only be redeemed once.

Apart from the free upgrade to insured shipping, only one reward can be claimed per order.

PF Perks Changes

Personalised Favours reserves the right at all times to make changes to these Terms & Conditions as well as Rewards offered at its sole discretion, including but not limited to changing the rules governing tier movements and rewards offered.
