Personalised Favours wins Best Bonbonniere in NSW fifth year in a row!

Central Coast wedding and special occasion online marketplace, Personalised Favours, has cemented its position as a wedding industry leader, winning ‘Best Bonbonniere’ in NSW for the 5fth year in a row at the 22nd Australian Bridal Industry Awards (ABIA).

Following on from its national win at ABIA’s  coveted Designer of Dreams award in June this year, Personalised Favours has attributed exceptional customer service and continual innovation as the key to its success.
With more than 25,000 registrations for the ABIA program every year, brides and grooms are asked to rate each of their vendors across the four pillars of perfection -- Quality of Product, Quality of Service, Attitude of Staff and Value for Money.

Founder and Joint Managing Director, Melissa Wilkinson, said she was thrilled to win the esteemed title of Best Bonbonniere business in NSW for the 5fth year in a row. “To win this award 5 years in a row shows we are continually meeting and exceeding our customer expectations,” said Melissa.
“Customer service is at the forefront of everything we do at Personalised Favours and being named as the Best Bonbonniere business in the state again this year shows we are consistently going above and beyond to keep our customers happy, which is a credit to our talented and hardworking team.”

Joint Managing Director Matthew Mosse-Robinson said online innovation to create exceptional customer experience is a prime focus for Personalised Favours. “Receiving the ABIA award for the 5th consecutive year is testament to the strong focus we place on providing every one of our customers the best possible experience,” said Matthew. “Being an online business, we have invested heavily in training and recruiting staff who are the right fit, and we’ve made signignifcant investments in technology – even designing our own purpose-built software -- to ensure we are continually evolving in the competitive online space.
“We are always on the lookout for new and original ways to stay ahead of the game and make experiences across our online marketplaces more convenient, user-friendly and positive for all of our customers.”

The Australian wedding market consists of an estimated 40,000 businesses, making it challenging for couples to determine which vendors will be right for their wedding day. ABIA connects engaged couples with trustworthy wedding businesses to ensure a perfect fit.
